MEN'S VEST - SIZE GUIDE

We recommend that you go for the same size as you normally use in, for example, a jacket or sweater.

Chest measurement : Place the measuring tape on the front of the ribcage and measure from armpit to armpit, making sure the measuring tape stays horizontal . Note , if your stomach is larger than your chest measurement, you must use the stomach measurement as a guide.

WOMEN'S VEST - SIZE GUIDE

We recommend that you go up a single size on our women's vests , which you normally wear in, for example, a jacket or sweater.
