Our delivery time is typically 1-3 working days in Denmark. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.

You will always receive a Track and Trace number by mail, so you can follow your package's journey from our warehouse until you receive the package at your address.

You can choose between home delivery or parcel shop/delivery point.
In the case of home delivery, it must be noted that you must be at home when the package arrives, otherwise it will be automatically delivered to the nearest parcel shop/delivery point.

If you have not received your package, you can check the Track and Trace number and contact PostNord regarding your package. If, contrary to expectations, PostNord cannot help, you can always contact us - and we will immediately find a solution.
